From Shoeburyness to Deptford with love
I haven't posted for more than a year and now I regret to have had this so quiet. But it's never too late so here I go again with things I´d like to share with you.
A few months ago I went to Deptford Market. I had heard it was one of those vintage markets still affordable so I took the overground and went to New Cross Gate. Once there you need to walk a bit but you easily find the market on your left hand side from the main street. I need to confess at first I was a bit disappointed but that was because I didn't find the 'real old market'. I just went through a not very nice one. Once there ask for directions.
I bought a couple of those old/vintage things I didn't even need...
After the exhausting morning of shopping, I recommend you to have a cup of tea in this amazing train transformed into a café called Deptford Project.
And don´t forget to have a look at this video if you want to see how they got to move a 35 tonne train carriage from a rail station into the city.
